Curio Spice sources the exquisite dried zest directly from Wakayama Prefecture, Japan and blends it with sea salt from Maine to create a finishing salt that adds a burst of floral & citrus flavor to vegetables, fish or meat.
 
Please note: The Yuzu Salt lids have a "keep in the fridge sticker" on the top. This item is shelf stable and are fine at room temp. However, it is recommended that once purchased, it should be stored in the fridge as it will be more aromatic and vibrant for a longer period of time.
